Marine Boat and Yacht Detailing Services


The WaxFactory offers quality maintenance, management and detailing services for your vessel on a schedule or a time basis. Our list of services is extensive, and we are qualified to meet all of your marine needs. To maintain your boat appearance between waxing, we recommend a weekly washing. A weekly washing protects your boat/yacht from salt spray, bug or bird droppings, acid rain or other environmental pollutants. At the WaxFactory, we use only the top of the line cleaning and furnishing products. We recommend regular waxing, we offer monthly and bi-monthly waxing programs for those who desire the very best for their boat throughout the year.

 

Gel Coat & Fiberglass

The exterior finish on fiberglass boats is an absorbent mix of polyester resins and pigments that must be sealed from the damaging effects of ultra violet (UV) rays, salt, dirt and weather. If neglected, it becomes more absorbent due to the oxidation of the mixture of resins and what remains is a faded, dull finish. Yearly compounding will keep your boat looking good during the season. Applying compound will remove the oxidation from your gel coat.
